We are a team of dedicated and inspired professionals who value effective sports science, strong relationships and community. We constantly collaborate and create to help our clients achieve what is most important to them.

Coaching

Elevate PHW coaches work with you as an individual  — your goals and performance. Our coaches can work with you one-on-one, in small groups or as a team. Schedule a complimentary tour and consultation and let’s talk about what we can help you achieve.

We blend proven methods developed with national leaders to plan strategic fitness and performance training for all our athletes.  We attend and host national and regional workshops to keep our coaches engaged in industry developments, bringing the best home to you.

Community

On a typical day at Elevate PHW, you could be working alongside youth teams, professional athletes, corporate teams and everyday athletes — all taking part in their version of Pure Hard Work all respecting each others’ journeys. Our team excels inside and outside our doors — on the track, the field, the road, the trails and inside the office.

When we opened Elevate PHW in 2013, we did so with a passion for and the intention of running a top-notch training facility for all athletes from professionals, college and high school athletes to those with recreational athletic and lifestyle goals.
We chose coaches to work with us who are also are passionate about what they do; people we enjoy being around, people we hope our members like having as their coach.
One of my personal missions is to help clients achieve a higher standard of health and well being. I love seeing clients develop habits in their movement that will help them enjoy and participate in life.
Endurance and lifestyle athletes comprise most of my clients and I enjoy watching them attain levels they never thought possible.
I encourage my clients to train a well-balanced life; to enjoy the health and fitness journey.
I enjoy my work, and it takes a lot of time, but I make time as well for my family, mountain biking, cooking and reading.

Adrian Gonzales

I strive to make Elevate PHW a place where people want to come to work on health and fitness goals whether it’s competing on a professional level or living a long and active life.

I started strength training at age 10 years old and found the strength that came from hard work to be vital to living life to the maximum.
To that end, I work every day to help Elevate PHW clients realize their full potential.
In my time as a strength coach, I have had clients ranging from UFC champions, major league baseball standouts and Oscar winners and have seen some amazing examples of physical and mental discipline and incredible growth.
Snowboarding, hiking, vacationing on the beach, surfing and spending time with my wife and two daughters occupies my off time.

Jude Moulton

I am passionate about and committed to helping my clients take care of themselves in all aspects of their lives.

Working extensively with post physical therapy rehabilitation clients, I am privileged to be a part of a process that brings people back to being pain-free and healthy.
I take a research-driven, tough and critical approach to training and learning and I hold myself and my clients accountable in reaching their goals.
It’s important to me that I take care of myself for my family as well as  my clients and that means getting outside hiking, camping, snowboarding and fishing.

Mike Doran

Mike Doran

Being a role model for my nutrition and strength clients is important to me, so I strive to live a healthy lifestyle. I believe that a trusting relationship between coach and athlete can lead to self awareness and positive, long-term changes.

In addition to weight loss clients, I work with a variety of youth and adult athletes.
Outside of ElevatePHW, I am always studying the latest science in both strength and conditioning areas and in advances in nutrition.
My active hobbies include rock climbing, and practicing yoga.
