We offer a choice of two blocks (June 3-28 and/or July 8-Aug. 2) with two sessions a week for 90 minutes each. Morning and evening times are available, and we do our best to group athletes by chronological age and training age.

Youth Athlete Development – Summer 2019
Elevate PHW’s youth athlete development starts with testing and movement assessments
to ensure participants’ progress is monitored and documented.
Based on those assessments, the program is designed by Elevate coaches
to build and improve athletic motor skills, increase strength and speed,
and reinforce proper nutrition and recovery habits.
