Merideth is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, practicing in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She completed medical school and residency at University of New Mexico School of Medicine, has been practicing in New Mexico since 2010 and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at UNM. She is the owner and founder of Rising Performance Health, LLC and has partnered with Elevate PHW as their Medical Director. Merideth offers personalized primary care services, focusing on clients' overall health goals, longevity, functionality and performance. She also offers consultations to answer specific health questions or perform blood work reviews. Merideth is dedicated to an outstanding patient experience, truly listening to her patients' concerns and helping each person navigate the complex medical system to feel their best. She is excited to partner with the Therapists and Coaches at Elevate to develop seamless and coordinated wellness plans for clients. A former fencer, she now enjoys cycling, strength training, flying, camping, and spending time with her family.
